Robin Ristl studied statistics at the Unverstiy of Vienna as well as Food Science and Biotechnology at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences Vienna. His research interests are in methods of statistical inference for clinical trials with a particular focus on
- Type-I-error control in confirmative studies with multiple endpoints
- Small sample adjustments to parametric inference methods
- Regression modelling with complex data structures, including multivariate outcomes and repeated measurements
- Survival analysis under non-proportional hazards assumption
He has collaborated in the planning and analysis of a large number of academic clinical studies.
He is member of the Ethics Committee of Lower Austria.
