Randomizer is a web-based randomization software for monocentric or multicentric studies at the Medical University of Vienna (MUV) which is provided by MUV's ITSC department.
Randomization can be performed using various methods which assign probands to the study groups being compared by utilizing a random mechanism. Further details can be found at: www.meduniwien.ac.at/itsc/it4science/services/randomisierung

Appointments for consultations on the use and configuration of the randomizer for specific clinical studies are offered by the CeMSIIS Institutes for Clinical Biometry (Tel.Sekr.: 40400-66880) and Medical Statistics (Tel.Sekr.: 40400-74880).
Use of the Randomizer for clinical studies of the MUV is offered free of charge until further notice. Studies with an external sponsor can employ the Randomizer of the Medical University of Graz.
